Epsom salt
Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, is a chemical compound consisting of magnesium, oxygen, and sulfur. Epsom salt is in fact not the same as regular table salt, rather it’s named as such due to its similar chemical structure. This compound is known to reduce joint and muscle stiffness while restoring magnesium into the body.
Found in a number of “superfoods” as well as cosmetic products, magnesium is a naturally occurring mineral which is hugely beneficial for the body's overall health. This is because magnesium plays a vital part in hundreds of enzymatic reactions in the body.
